The front lawn is meticulously manicured and a walkway leads straight to the covered front patio and front door. Inside, the mostly white living room is like a breath of fresh air, complete with luxury vinyl plank flooring, high-end living furniture, and large windows that fill the room with sunlight. This living space features two plush couches in front of a flat-screen TV, and a shiplap accent wall with subtle beach themed accent pieces.  The gourmet kitchen is located right off the living room. This modern culinary space is mostly white and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinets, and a bold blue and sand colored backsplash. Reheat leftovers from the café down the street in the microwave, or cook a homemade meal on the flat top stove. There is plenty of storage space to keep all of your groceries organized, and there are drawers full of kitchen gadgets and utensils. This room is quiet and private and gets a lot of natural sunlight. The third bedroom is mostly white with a modern bunk bed with colorful comforters and soft pillows. The bunk bed comes with built-in shelving so guests can keep their belongings organized. This room is perfect for kids and adults and just steps from the family bathroom.  The fourth bedroom overlooks the front yard and has a high-end Queen size bed and name brand linens.
