As soon as you enter you’ll notice the kitchen to your left and the formal dining room and living room straight ahead. The mostly white kitchen has plenty of counter space, so you can prepare your family’s favorite meals with ease. The double sinks and quiet dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a meal, and the modern appliances make it easy for the chef of the family to work their magic. Guests can brew coffee in the coffee maker, pop some bread in the toaster or whip up some eggs on the flat top stove. Enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar or enjoy it on the patio. Stop by the local grocery store and stock up on family favorites, the kitchen cabinets and large refrigerator provide plenty of room to store it all. 

The kitchen looks out over the lounge area, which gets a lot of natural light in the afternoons. Whether you sit back on the comfortable sofa or relax in the oversized armchair, you’ll have the best seat in the house in front of the flat-screen TV. The master bedroom is located directly off of the living room. It has a King size bed, plush carpeting, and a wall full of windows that allow for plenty of natural light. Guests in this room have their own flat-screen TV, dresser with matching nightstands, and private access out to the patio. The pristine white master bathroom features a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a simple vanity area.

The second bedroom is located on the other side of the condo. It is a bright and sunny bedroom with two twin beds; perfect for kids or adults. Guests in this room can binge-watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV without ever leaving the bed! This room also has a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and handicap bars, a single sink, and hotel-quality towels and washcloths. 

If you love to be outside and start and end your day surrounded by nature, you’ll love this shady and private patio. This patio gets ample sunlight but also provides a respite from the warm Florida sun. Here, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy views of the lake, the swaying palm trees, and the Florida birds that soar through the sky.
