Rose Ct 801, Marco Island Vacation Rental

Our family of 14 stayed here for a week. We had 3 generations, everyone from 2 year old babies through 70+ year old parents. We loved the access to the water via the back dock. The screened in porch and pool made it easy to enjoy.
The house is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, marina, grocery store, etc. It's also a short drive to the beach and nearby Marinas.
The property management firm communicates regularly, is very transparent and easy to deal with.

The Rose Ct 801 was a perfect house for our family. The layout was great. There are 15 of us. 11 stayed at Rose Ct and 4 stayed at another house. There were 12 adults and 3 kids.
It is very well situated, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
The only complaint was the kitchen supplies. The pots and pans were very old, bowls were chipped and limited. It was a challenge cooking there.
The pool, hot tub and deck were great !
I highly recommend this house for a large family.

The house was beautiful and in a great location.
I was disappointed that access to the garage was blocked
That means no beach chairs, no bicycles no pool toys etc.
I did find a number of cockroaches both dead and alive in the house,
A couple of them were found in the kitchen cabinets with the plates and glasses.
The ceiling fan in the living room blew a fuse, that same fuse controlled the internet, the television and the cable television for the entire house.
I called Island Escapes a numerous times but no one came out to open the
Garage where the fuse panel is located.

Thank you Island Escapes! We had some questions while planning as well as once we arrived at the property some mpre question and inquiries. All were met with prompt, kind responses--propane refill, refrigerator cooling. There were plenty of beach towels, new lounge chairs for the pier or pool and Thank you for the kayaks!!! We had a great vacation! For those who entertain there aren't any platters or serving trays, but we made do.

Island escape is prompt to solve little issues we liked the location and well groomed ground the clean house and pool.
Rented two season very happy. But getting pricey both flights and rental increases So will look around for next year instead of Florida.

Great Time, Great location, Great house.

First of all, the space and bedrooms were wonderful for our group, so that was not the problem. The house just lacked amenities and seemed a little 'worn'. The description included pictures of a boat lift/storage but a few days prior to arriving we were told we could not use it. We were not provided ANY language stating it was not part of the rental, as the photos suggested. The owners lock the garage, so if you have bikes, beach chairs etc you have nowhere to store them but in the way. The patios and deck either have NO outside furniture on them or just 2 chairs, so there was really no where for our large group to sit together. How can you have a patio or deck with minimal furniture but promote the home is for large groups? The home provides NO beach chairs, only a cheap form cooler and not many beach towels, so this was not as expected for the rental cost. Also, there was only ONE float for the pool and you can not control the pool temp, so the pool was cold. The sheets are very cheap fabric and the mattress pads are stained on some beds, which was disgusting. One of the beds downstairs had a broken leg which they 'tried' to fix using wood blocks, which did not work. We had to find books to prop the bed up. The internet went out the day before we left, which was a pain. BUT, most importantly the home is located in VERY close proximity to the Marco Island Water Sanitation plant, which basically means the area smelled like sewage the majority of the time. We had to keep the back doors closed to stop the smell from penetrating the home. We still had a decent week with going to the beach, out for dinner and boating, but the house was SUCH a disappointment for the money it cost. I would not stay there again and I certainly hope the owners put more thought into what a 'luxury' rental really is and be honest about what renters can and cannot access. In addition, we had to greet the pest control service to set out traps and multiple packages were delivered

WE had a party of 10 and the rooms worked out perfectly. However, one side of the 4 slice toaster didn't work, the toilet in the master bath moves when you sit on it, the baseboards were dirty, the beach chairs are in need of being replaced (rusty and torn seats) and it really needs a thorough cleaning. The pool and hot tub were used every day and we were able to have a great family vacation, but the house needs some attention.
